Alison Wonderland is the latest artist in electronic music to announce her own label, FMU Records.
FMU Records breaks the mold with its debut release, “I Surrender,” a single by the label’s original signers, the inimitable Jon Casey and Dabow. Featuring a mix of the two producers’ signature sonic elements, the track follows their projects released in early November: Casey’s collaborative single “Harder” with Erbes on Subsidia and Dabow’s hip-hop doused treat “Dale Vuelta,” with jordnmoody and Episcool.
Simultaneously with the news, AW announced their forthcoming debut LP under Whyte Fang, their alias, which has seen a subtle resurgence in 2021 after a 6-year hiatus. The LP, due out on March 31, 2023, will feature her recent singles “Girl”, “333” and “TIDES” as well as a collection of fresh new music by Whyte Fang. To celebrate the launch, she will be throwing the official FMU Records launch party on March 10th at a secret warehouse in New York City. The all-night event will feature a line-up featuring a number of artists signed to FMU Records a headlining set by Whyte Fang which will include a special exclusive preview of their forthcoming LP.
