Memoirs of the launch of BAP in 1992 (ed. Charles Simic)

Bill Wadsworth, executive director of the Academy of American Poets, organized the opening readings of the 1992 and 1993 editions at the Alliançe Francaise in New York City. Bill preserved these photos from the 1992 event, including a group portrait of the attendees, a portrait of the series editor, and one of Lynda Hull with Charles Simic looking over her shoulder.
