Eurythmics entered the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2022, and the band celebrated their induction with a performance during the ceremony on Saturday night (November 5). The synth-pop duo, consisting of Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart, performed their songs “Would I Lie to You?”, “Missionary Man” and “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)” at the event after being… invited were U2 guitarist The Edge. In February, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame announced its 2022 nominees. Carly Simon, Lionel Richie, Eminem, Duran Duran and Pat Benatar were chosen from a list that included Kate Bush, Rage Against the Machine, Devo, Fela Kuti and more.
