Skrillex has returned with a brand new collaborative single: “Rumble” reunites with British producer Fred… as well as grime MC/producer Flowdan. The track marks Skrillex’s first release as the main artist since 2021. Check out “Rumble” below.
The single comes out days after Skrillex was apparently released tease posted new music with a short video on Twitter. The caption for the clip simply reads “QFF/DGTC 23”. Fred has also played “Rumble” in his recent appearances for Boiler Room.
Skrillex shared a number of tracks in 2021 including “Butterflies” with Four Tet and Starrah, “Too Bizarre” with Swae Lee, “In da Ghetto” with J Balvin and “En Mi Cuarto” alongside Jhay Cortez. The producer’s last real album was 2014’s Recess. The following year, he and Diplo dropped Skrillex and Diplo Present Jack Ü.
