Tim Allen stars Patricia Richardson in Home Improvement Clip

A newly emerged video shows Tim Allen flashing Home Improvement co-star Patricia Richardson in what TMZ calls a “playful blooper.”

In the clip obtained by TMZ, Allen wears a kilt. When he asks Richardson how it looks, she replies, “Hangs long, just wish it was shorter” – causing Allen to pick up the kilt and yell at Richardson.

Richardson told TMZ that Allen wore boxer shorts under the kilt. “People ask me what was under the kilt when he flashed me, he was well dressed underneath, I was just shocked that he lifted the kilt, not from a man in boxers,” she explained.

The resurfaced clip comes days after Home Improvement actress Pamela Anderson accused Allen of showing off his penis backstage. “On the first day of shooting, I walked out of my dressing room and Tim was standing in the hallway in his robes. He undid his robe and quickly flashed me – completely naked underneath. He said it was only fair because he saw me naked. Now we are the same. I laughed uncomfortably,” Anderson writes in her new memoir, Love, Pamela

Allen has denied the claim, saying in a statement: “No, it never happened. I would never do such a thing.”
