Happy New Year everyone! Here is a poem by Ted Kooser.
END OF YEAR
Now the squadrons are closing their files
on each of us the heavy drawers
full of certificates rollback
in the logs, some old papers
stream away. someone we loved
has fallen out of our minds
make a little glittery splash
like a bicycle pushed by a breeze.
Otherwise not much happened;
We fell in love again and found this
a red feather in the wind.
